150t/18h Corrugated Paper Pulping Equipment

In order to upgrade the whole pulping line, reduce the loss of fiber in pulp making process, Vietnam paper mill purchased 150t/18h whole corrugated pulping project from our company. The details as following:

 

Corrugated Pulping Equipment List

 

Raw material: LOCC from Yuenan
Paper product: High strength corrugated paper
Output capacity: 150t/18h
Equipped pulping system: 25m³ D Type Hydrapulper with whole continuous pulping system(Grapple, Ragger, Rope Cutter, etc)
Fluting paper pulping equipment: Start from the Chain Conveyor, including pulping system, coarse and fine screening system, high, medium, low density cleaning system, pulp approaching, pulp tailing dealing( Reject Separator, Light Impurity Separator ), pulp chest agitator etc whole set pulping equipment.
