1. High vacuum in the high-vacuum absorption water tank results in significant dehydration. The waterline moves forward, the waterline becomes shorter, and the waterline becomes longer.

2. With high quantification, the sizing of the headbox is large, and the speed is fast, so the dewatering is not timely. Cause the waterline to become longer.

3. On the laminating machine, the bottom water line must be controlled before the core bottom composite roller, otherwise it will compound failure, pulp feeding, serious slurry will run to the core tray with the net, affecting the production.

 

The backward movement of the waterline indicates that the moisture content of the wet paper sheet is high. If the waterline suddenly shifts backward during the normal production process, it indicates that the paper sheet has a high quantification or that the pulp has a high degree of deliquescence, and it is difficult to perform dehydration.
