Complete corrugated paper pulping line machine include pulp conveying system, D type continuous pulping system , pulp cleaning system, pulp screening system and pulp refining system. 200t corrugated paper pulping line energy consumption include installed power, water consumption and compressed air consumption, etc.

1. Pulp yield: ≥85%
2. Installed power of pulping process: 788.5KW (not including agitator, pulp pump, and water pump)
3. Energy consumption per ton of corrugated paper pulp: 59.14KWH/T
4. Water consumption per ton of pulp: ≤35m3/T
5. Compressed air consumption: ≤160L/min (pressure 0.6MPa)
