Dumping Centrifuge

Dumping Centrifuge is used in waste paper recycling corrugated paper pulp disposal line to improve paper pulp quality. The dumping centrifuge main unit consists of a column-cone drum, a screw uoloader, a differential speed system, bearing housings, a base, a casing, main and auxiliary motors, and an electrical system. The main motor drives the drum, and the auxiliary motor drives the planetary gear differential, creating a speed difference between the drum and the screw. Under the powerful centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation, the centrifuge performs continuous separation 24 hours a day.

 

Working Principle of Dumping Centrifuge

 

The drum and screw rotate at a certain differential speed at high speed. The material continuously enters the screw feed chamber through the feed pipe, accelerates, and then enters the drum. Under the action of centrifugal force, the heavier solid phase is deposited on the drum wall to form a sludge layer. The screw feeder continuously pushes the deposited solid phase to the conical end of the drum. After drying, it is discharged from the machine through the sludge discharge port. The lighter liquid phase forms an inner liquid ring, overflows from the large end of the drum, and is discharged from the machine through the liquid outlet.
