250t Kraft Paper Making Project

A customer from Saudi Arabia set 250t/d kraft paper making project. Leizhan provided unit paper recycling line machine, included D type continuous pulping system, energy-saving screening system, middle and low density cleaning system, new middle consistency screening system, pulp concentration system, etc.

 

Main Equipment Applications in 250t Kraft Paper Line

 

D Type Continuous Pulping System: Relatively small footprint, lightening the burden on subsequent equipment.
High Density Cleaner: Remove heavy impurities in the pulp.
Pressure Screen: Advanced paper pulp screening equipment for coarse and fine screening of various waste paper pulp.
Inflow Pressue Screen: make the slurry more uniform.
Boiler: Powering the production line.
