The 2500mm testliner paper machine comprises a return section, a cylinder wire section, a pre-pressing section, a pressing section, a drying section, a steam hood section, a sizing machine, a mechanical transmission section, an electrical transmission section, a foundation section, and a paper reeling machine, etc.

 

Main Features of 2500mm Testliner Paper Machine

 

1. Cylinder Wire Part: The cylinder wire part is the sheet-forming section of a cylinder wire paper machine, and it has a decisive impact on the output and quality of the machine.
2. Press Part: Two main presses, with the upper roller being a natural granite roller and the lower rollers being rubber rollers. All press rollers are coated with high-pressure resistant synthetic rubber.
3. Drying Part: The drying part is equipped with 18 φ1500 drying cylinders. The drying part is divided into 3 groups: 6+6+sizing machine+6 drying cylinders. It adopts open gear transmission.
4. Reeling Machine: Horizontal pneumatic.
