5000mm Kraft Board Paper Machine

The 5000mm Kraft Board Paper Machine consists of a three-layer wire forming section, a pressing section, a drying section, a sizing section, a paper winding section, a transmission section, a base section, and a steam hood section.

 

The wire section uses a three layer wire forming system and employs an air-cushion headbox for sizing. The press section consists of one vacuum press and two large-diameter roll presses. The drying section uses four drying cylinders. The reeling section uses a horizontal pneumatic reeling machine. The drive system uses a distributed drive system with AC frequency conversion speed control.
