Working Principle of Dry Wire Cleaning System

 

The cleaning head has seven high-pressure nozzles. The pump station pressurizes the high-pressure water to 200-600 bar, which is then sprayed at a certain angle onto the pressure zone of the dry screen on the roller surface through the nozzles. This atomizes the dirt, which is then sucked into the drain tank and discharged through a vacuum system. Compressed air is then used to clean the dry screen in the next step, preventing watermarks and black spots from forming.
