Paper Pulp Grapple

The Structure of Paper Pulp Grapple

 

1. The grapple is composed of two bucket flaps, cylinder, tie rod, upper and lower support seat, lifting ring seat, pin shaft, cylinder fixed shell, hinge and so on.

 

2. The auxiliary device consists of a pneumatic triplet, a two-position four-way solenoid directional valve, and a gas source. The gas is cleaned and misted by the pneumatic triplet before entering the cylinder. The piston rod, via a hinge mechanism, drives the bucket flaps to rotate. Closing the valves grabs impurities, while opening them releases them.
