Working Principle of Pulp Machine Inflopw Pressure Screen

 

During operation, the pulp enters the screen basket tangentially through the inlet pipe at the top of the machine. Utilizing the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the screen basket, qualified pulp passes through the screen slot (holes) under pressure and enters the screen basket, exiting through the accept pulp pipe at the bottom. Pulp and impurities that cannot pass through the screen slot (holes) descend to the bottom and are discharged through the slag discharge pipe. The rotating vanes on the outside of the screen basket generate a gentle pressure, further improving the circumferential flow of the pulp. The rear of the vanes generates negative pressure, which backwashes the screen slot (holes). This prevents clogging of the screen slot (holes), ensuring the continuous and smooth passage of pulp and guaranteeing continuous screening operation.
