The Role of the Pulping Pulp Pump

 

1. Pulp Production Section:
Raw material conveying: The mixture of raw materials and water (slurry) is conveyed from the storage tank to the pulper.

2. Paper Making Section:
Fan Pump: Mixes the pulp from the mixing tank with the white water recovered from the wire part, dilutes it to a suitable concentration, and delivers it to the headbox at a stable pressure and flow rate.
White Water Pump: It recovers the white water separated from the wire part to the white water chest, and uses it for diluting pulp or rinsing the wire, so as to achieve efficient use of water resources.
Vacuum Pump: Creates a vacuum dewatering zone in the wire section and press section to assist in removing moisture from the paper sheet.
3. Wastewater Treatment:
Sludge Pump: transports sludge from the sedimentation tank to the dewatering equipment.
