50t Tissue Paper Machine

A complete 50t tissue paper production line include stock preparation line and paper making line. The main process is as follows: the wood pulp board is hydraulically broken down into pulp, which is then purified and rinsed. The pulp is then evenly sprayed onto the forming wire through the headbox. Under mechanical dewatering and high-temperature drying, the paper web is quickly formed. Finally, the paper is creped by a doctor blade (which gives the paper softness and absorbency) and then wound into a huge tissue paper roll.
