Rotating Type Pulp Consistency Control System

Rotating — type Pulp Consistency Control System consists of sensor, convertor, controller, electric dilution water valve and measurement tube.

Consistency sensor adopts rotating-type pulp consistency sensor, which measures with rotary shear force. It has advantage of flexible signal, and great ability of resisting zero drift , pulp flow speed variation , and vibration. It is the most reliable and steady pulp consistency sensor at present.

This system adopts Shanhe Company high- precision S92B controller,which is a sensor of multi- function and multi-application, it can meet kinds of controlling request. S92B sensor has a high precision, adaptibility and reliability, and went through many tests in the field.

Electric V type valve adopts Zhengjiang Linuo valve, which has stainless steel movable hard seal,PTFE sofe seal, is quite reliable.
