5000mm Kraft Paper Making Machine

5000mm kraft paper making machine adopted three layer multi cylinder paper machine type to produce 127-300g/㎡ kraft paper. The 5000mm kraft paper making machine consists of a three layer forming section, a pressing section, a drying section, a sizing section, a paper winding section, a transmission section, a base section, a steam hood section and other parts.

 

5000mm Kraft Paper Making Machine Structure

 

1. The wire section adopts three layers forming and uses air cushion headbox for sizing.
2. The press section consists of one vacuum pressing and two large roller pressing.
3. The drying section adopts 4 sets of φ1500VAC cylinders and 41 sets of φ1800 drying cylinders. The arrangement is (1+4+4VAC)+10+12+sizing machine+1+5+8.
4. The paper winding section adopts horizontal pneumatic cylinder paper winding machine.
5. The transmission section adopts sub-transmission and AC frequency conversion speed control.
