Pulping Line Pre-soaking Bale Breaker

One of our clients wanted to replace the existing pulping line bale breaker with a pre-soaking bale breaker.

 

The pre-soaking bale breaker drum does not have screen holes. At the same time, a large amount of water is added to the waste paper in conjunction with the pre-soaking structure. The large amount of water can preimpregnate the waste paper in advance, and the fibers can be fully swollen. At the same time, the preimpregnation of waste paper can greatly reduce dust. The slag removal process is handled by the slag remover equipment at the end. This change can greatly improve the production capacity of pulping and the overall system.

 

How to Convert a Screening Bale Breaker into a Pre-soaking Bale Breaker

 

1. The belt conveyor, paper separation device, and water spray pipe at the outlet are removed or disabled.
2. At the hole in the inner area, weld around the screen hole at an interval of 500mm.
3. Installing a water spray pipe on the upper part of the feed hopper, extending into the cylinder.
4. Valves should be added to the water spray pipeline to control the water volume.
