Technology For Different Rolls

Guide roll of wire part,press part, Stretch roll, guide roll of drying part and paper caring roll:

1. Circumferential welding seam is not allowed in the roll surface.
2. The roll should be rectified before machining.
3. Guide roll of wire part,press part ,stretch roll,guide roll of drying part and paper caring roll should do annealing heat treatment before machining.

Technology For Paper Machine Frame

1. Plate and tubes should be corrected flat before welding.
2. To eliminate internal stress of mechanical vibration before finishing.
