300t corrugated paper making machine is designed for the production of T-paper/corrugated medium with a basis weight of 80–240 g/m². It comprises a multi-ply forming section, press section, drying section, reel, calender, base structure, and auxiliary systems.

 

Main Structure of 300t Corrugated Paper Making Machine

 

Forming section: Uses an air-cushion headbox and twin wire former.
Press section: One vacuum pickup (Φ600 mm) and two double felted, large roll diameter presses.
Drying section: 1 paper-carrying cylinder (Φ1500mm), 3 UNO cylinders (Φ1500mm), and 35 drying cylinders (Φ1800mm)
Reeling section: Roller storage horizontal rewinder.
