The 4400mm corrugated paper machine features two air-cushion headboxes and a twin-wire forming section. The press section utilizes vacuum pickup and a composite press configuration (four rolls, three nips) with hydraulic loading and cantilevered felt changing capabilities, supported by hydraulic and accumulator systems. The dryer section employs a multi-point enclosed small-gear drive system and includes an enclosed hood, circulating oil lubrication, a sheet threading system, a reel, and an unwind stand.
