According to customer’s requirements, we recommend 5000/500 three layers multi cylinder kraft linder paper making machine. The paper machine consists of a three-layer wire forming section, a pressing section, a drying section, a sizing section, a paper winding section, a transmission section, a base section, and a steam hood section.

 

5000/500 Kraft Liner Paper Machine Structure Details

 

1. Wire section: uses a triple-layer wire forming system and employs an air-cushion headbox for sizing.

2. Press section: consists of one vacuum press and two large-diameter roll presses.

3. Drying section: uses four φ1500VAC cylinders and 41 φ1800 drying cylinders.

4. Reeling section: uses a horizontal pneumatic cylindrical winding machine.

5. Drive system: uses a distributed drive system with AC variable frequency speed control.
