1. The inverted cone design of the shell and the concave top structure can form a strong eddy current, a low-pressure area is formed on the top of the shell to effectively capture light impurities and discharge them out of the machine;
2. The rotor pulp chamber is higher than the bottom surface of the casing, forming a ring structure around the rotor. The low-pressure zone is used to capture heavy impurities, which are thrown to the outermost layer of the vortex under the action of centrifugal force and deposited in the grooves on the outside of the screen plate, making it easy to be discharged from the machine body. At the same time, it reduces the wear of heavy impurities on the cutter head and screen plate, thereby extending the service life of the rotor and screen plate.
3. The impurity content is 30% less than that of good pulp treated by fiber separator.
