The light slag extruder is used to dewater light slag, such as plastic slag, discharged from the hydrapulper drum screen/coarse screen drum screen. The concentration of the treated light slag can reach over 45%.

 

The Light Slag Extruder is suitable for processing various types of waste paper and is installed in the primary coarse screen process of a coarse screening system. It reduces the accumulation of impurities in the pulper and coarse screen, increasing the production capacity of the pulping system. It also reduces fiber loss and improves paper quality.
