White shavings, Wood pulp processing line

In order to making high grade living paper, the raw materials should be processed into high quality pulp.
First of all, raw material will be conveyed into ZDS22 Hydrapulper for pulping.
Then, the pulp will be conveyed into ZSC2 High density cleaner for pulp cleaning.
Thirdly, Inclined thickener will be used for washing and thickening of pulp.
Later, to improve the final pulp equality and cut fiber, ZDJ350 Conical refiner and ZDP380 Double disc refiner will be used in the pulp processing line.
Apart from this, Pulp pump and Pulp chest agitator will be used in the stock preparation line.
