The whole corrugated/fluting paper production project contains two parts: pulp processing line and paper making line.
Pulp processing line
Conveying raw materials by Chain Conveyor for pulping is the first step of pulp making line. Next, the waste paper will be pulped in the Drum pulper or D type hydrapulper.
Then, as there are mass of impurities exist in paper pulp, High density cleaner will be used for removing staples, stones, glassed, etc. various waste paper pulp. To screen impurities in the pulp like gravel, scrap iron, dust and large ink particles, screen devices like Pressure Screen, Vibrating Screen will help to remove it.
Eventually, the waste paper turn into fine pulp after a series of screening and deslagging and it will be conveyed into Headbox for paper making.
Paper production line
Web end: while the fine pulp enters into the headbox, it will be spreaded along the felts on the web end evenly.
Press section: the water in pulp can be squeezed out as much as possible by pressing felts with press roll.
Dryer section: dryers section is arranged in group to ensure it can be operate at a gradually slower speed to compensate for paper shrinkage as the paper dries. It will discharge the water content down to a level of about 6%.
Calender section: Calendering can help to make the surface of the paper more sooth and glossy. What`s more, It also can ensure consistent thickness of paper. The pressure given by the rollers applied to the web influences the finish of the paper.
Coating: Sizing improves the paper’s water resistance, decreases its ability to fuzz, reduces abrasiveness, and improves its printing properties and surface bond strength.
Rewinding section: To make it easier for shipping and conveying, we use rewinder to shape it into rolls and use slitter to cut the product into multiple strips to meet customers’s requirements.
