Pulping Making Project For Packaging Paper

In February 2017, Leizhan offered packaging paper pulping equipment for Yunnan  Paper Mill, including drum pulper, hydrapulper, high and low density cleaner, pressure screen, Double disc refiner.
According to Yunnan Paper mill’s request, the packaging paper making line should reach to the pulping capacity of 12t/d and the whole pulping line should has low energy consume and high workpiece ratio.

Packaging Paper Pulping Line

In this packaging paper pulper project, Leizhan offers drum pulper, hydrapulper, high and low density cleaner, pressure screen, Double disc refiner. The specific details is shown as follow:

Drum pulper: It is mainly used for continuous gentle pulping and coarse screening of waste paper under high consistency.
Hydrapulper: It is mainly used for separating waste paper and ink under different consistency in waste paper deinking process.
Density cleaner: It is mainly applied to remove all kinds of impurities in paper pulp, like steples, stones, glasses, gravel, scrap iron, dust and large ink particles.
Pressure screen: It is mainly used for coarse and fine screening of various waste paper pulp.
Double disc refiner: It is mainly used for beating and improve the beating degree of pulp to satisfy the papermaking demand.
