The whole writing and printing paper production plant by using Recycled paper, commercial wood pulp as raw material contains two sections: wood pulp and recycled paper stock preparation line and writing and printing paper machinery.

Commercial wood pulp processing line

Firstly, wood pulp will be conveyed into ZDS22 vertical hydrapulper for pulping. Then, to convey the pulp into ZSC2 high density cleaner for cleaning heavy impurities in paper pulp.
Furthermore, ZDJ350 claflin refiner and ZDP380 double disc refiner will be used for improving pulp breaking degree and finished pulp quality.
In addition to that, pulp chest mixer and pulp pump will be used in the pulp processing line.

Deinking pulp processing line

First of all, recycled paper is transported into ZDSG5 High consistency hydrapulper for pulping. After that, pulp is conveyed into ZSC3 high density cleaner for cleaning heavy contaminates.
Then, ZDF2 fiber separator will be used for processing tail pulp. Later, ZSK2 auto-cleaning vibrating screen will be used for pulp screening. Then, KH600 low density cleaner will be used for further pulp cleaning.
What’s more, ZNS0.3 mid consistency pressure screen, ZNX5 inclined screw thickener, XJJ1300 stock washer and ZDP450 double disc refiner will be used for recycled paper pulp processing line.

Writing and printing paper production machinery

Leizhan writing and printing paper production machine adopts state-of-the-art technology, QCS automatic control system and high quality accessory equipments. It has a trimmed width range of 1880-3750mm and a basis weight range of 40-80g/m2. The duplex board paper manufacturing machine will produce 20-270tons of duplex board with the operating speed range of 200-1200m/min.
