Imitation Kraft Paper Pulp Making Process

 

1. Raw material: Bundle waste paper breaking and selecting, use Bale Breaker and Drum Screen breaking waste paper in bundle to pieces;
2. Conveying: Chain Conveyor transport waste paper to pulper equipment such as Drum Pulper, D Type Hydrapulper, etc;
3. Cleaning and screening: The pulp from imitation craft pulper machine flow into High Density Cleaner then to Mid Consistency Pressure Screen, remove large and heavy impurities in the pulp;
4. Cleaning and refining: The pulp from MC. Pressure Screen flow into Low Density Cleaner, removing heavy impurities in the pulp like gravel, scrap iron, dust and large ink particles, etc. According to the needs beating pulp and improve the beating degree;
5. Imitation craft pulp approaching: Adopt Inflow Pressure Screen, flow pulp into headbox or cylinder mold, get more even pulp to make final imitation craft liner paper.
