Testliner paper making line mainly uses OCC waste paper as raw material. We have pulping equipment, screening equipment, slag removal equipment, etc., to remove impurities in the pulp. The following is the pulping line process of our customer’s 50 tons Testliner paper production line.

 

OCC Pulping Line Machine

 

D type hydrapulperz: 10m3, h=10mm, C=3~5%
Dump pulp pump: Q=250m3/h, H=32m, C=2.5~5%
High density cleaner: Q=3000~4500l/min, C=3～5%, P=0.2～0.5MPa
Mid consistency coarse screen: A=0.6m2, h=2.6mm, C=3~4%
Reject separator: Ø380mm, C=1~2%, Ø5mm
Mid density cleaner: Q=3000~4500l/min, C=2～3%, P=0.2～0.5MPa
Mid consistency fine screen: A=0.9m2, s=0.28mm, C=2~3%
Double disc refiner: Ø380mm, C=3~5%
