1. Waste paper can be continuously shredded under high concentration conditions of 18% to 25%, which greatly reduces the amount of water used for shredding and lowers the energy consumption of shredding. The energy consumption per ton of paper is about 25% lower than that of traditional pulping equipment.
2. Without damaging the physical size of impurities, preliminary screening is performed in the pulping stage to remove light impurities from the pulp, reducing the load and wear of subsequent screening processes and improving screening efficiency.
3. The drum pulper has a simple structure, is durable, requires little maintenance, and removes some large impurities in advance, reducing wear and tear on subsequent equipment.
