1. The shell adopts an inverted cone design and a concave top structure, which can effectively form a strong vortex, and the low-pressure area formed on the top of the shell can effectively reduce impurities to be discharged outside the machine.

2. The discharge chamber of the rotor is higher than the bottom surface of the shell, forming a low pressure area around the rotor to catch heavy impurities. Under the action of centrifugal force, heavy impurities are thrown to the outermost layer of eddy current and deposited in the groove outside the sieve plate, which is convenient for discharging out of the machine. Meanwhile, the wear of the cutter head and screen plate caused by heavy impurities is reduced, and the service life of the rotor and sieve plate can be prolonged.

3. Compared with the accept pulp processed by the fiber separator, the impurity content is 30% less.
