220T/24H LOCC Pulp Making Line

LOCC is a raw material used to produce common packaging paper such as kraft paper, corrugated paper, and T-paper. In the process of recycling waste paper, some impurities such as plastic films and stones will be mixed in, so they must be removed step by step during the production process using LOCC as raw material to ensure the quality of the final paper. A customer wanted to use LOCC as raw material to produce kraft paper. According to his pulping requirements, we proposed the 220T/24H LOCC Pulp Making Line plan.

D Type Hydrapulper: 25m³, h=12mm, C=3~5%
Hydrapurger: 3m³, h=10mm, C=4~5%
Drum Screen: Ø1500mm, 6000～8000L/min, C=1.5~2%
Ragger: 0~60m/h
Rope Cutter: Cutting the rope with a maximum diameter is 600mm
Grapple: 0.08m³, maximum opening 1150mm
High Density Cleaner: Q=8000～12000l/min, C=3～5%
Middle Consistency Coarse Screen: A=1.51m², H=2.4mm, C=3~4%
Light Impurity Separator: Volume1.5m³
Reject Separator: C=0.8~1.2%, h=4.5mm
Low Density Cleaner: 450l/min, C=1.5~1.8%
Fine Screen: A=3.0m², s=0.22mm
Double Disc Refiner: Ø660mm, C=3~5%
