Raw material:Commodity wood pulp, Pulp board, Waste paper

Finished product:Brown kraft paper board

Main equipment: Chain conveyor, Drum pulper, Mid consistency pressure screen, Ligh impurity separator, ZDP series double disc refiner, Inflow pressure screen, etc.

Paper pulp processing line

First, waste paper will be transported into Drum pulper by Chain conveyor for pulping.
Then, the pulp will be transported into ZSC series high density cleaner for cleaning heavy impurities.
After that, the pulp will be conveyed into Mid consistency coarse screen, Light impurity separator, Fiber separator, Lip screen, Fine screen for coarse screening, fine screening, tailing treatment of paper pulp.
In addition to that, Mid density cleaner, Low density cleaner group will be used for further pulp cleaning.
Moreover, ZDP series double disc refiner will be used for improving pulp breaking degree.

Brown kraft paper board making machinery

To produce high quality brown kraft paper board, Leizhan offers QCS automatic control system and customized brown kraft liner board making machine for paper plant. The brown kraft liner board machine has the basis weight range of 80-220g/m2 and the trimmed width range of 1880-5800mm. It can produce 45-750 tons of brown kraft paper per day with a base of raw material of waste paper and the working speed range of 200-600m/min.
