The high consistency pulping system generally including high consistency hydrapulper, drum screen, hydrapurger, dump pump. The pulping process as below.

 

High Consistency Pulping System Process

 

1. Feeding: Add water to approximately 30-50% of the liquid level, start the main motor of the pulper, and feed in waste paper raw materials while adding water.
2. Pulping: main motor runs, disintegrated pulp.
3. Discharge: Add water to the hydrapurger, then start the hydrapurger’s main motor. The pulper feeds material into the hydrapurger, and the discharge pump starts to remove the accept pulp. The remaining impurities and paper scraps in the hydrapurger are further dispersed by the rotor. The discharge pump is then turned off, and the lighter impurities are discharged from the hydrapurger to the drum screen, which recovers the fibers and discharges the lighter impurities from the system.
