Working Principle Of Flotation Deinking Machine

 

The slurry enters the non-blocking jet distributor through a pump under a certain feed pressure. The air carried in the distributor is dispersed into flotation bubbles with the optimal diameter and is fully mixed with the slurry. It enters a tangential flow. In the stage flotation unit, the ink adsorbed on the air bubbles floats on the liquid surface with the air bubbles, enters the ink temporary storage tank under a certain pressure, and is then concentrated and discharged out of the equipment under a certain pressure. After the flotation, the slurry enters a specially designed degassing chamber. After being fully degassed, the data enters the secondary flotation unit, and so on.
