1. Headbox: the seat, pipes, and electrical components are fully pre-installed. The limit switches and position sensors are adjusted, and the upper lip plate is tested.
2. Three Wire Part: install the frame and reposition the rollers. Mount the drive roller, breast roller, and guide roller onto the frame. Test the consistency of the main components.
3. Press Part: the mounting frame and pressurizing device do not include press rollers.
4. Drying Part: the operating and transmission side frames are fully installed, and the gears and shafts are installed into the gearbox.
5. Reeling Machine: the entire installation, movement, and electrical operation were tested using a single paper roll.
