Duplex Board Paper Manufacturing Project

The 30T/18H duplex board paper making project contains two parts: waste paper stock preparation line and duplex board paper manufacturing machine. ISO certificated pulp and paper making equipments and DCS and adoption of QCS high technology makes Leizhan a leading and trustworthy manufacturer and supplier of the whole paper production machinery line.

30T/18H duplex board paper stock preparation line:

Firstly, waste paper will be conveyed into the ZDSD23 D type hydrapulper for pulping.
Secondly, ZSC4 high density cleaner will be used for removing staples, stones, glasses from the slurry.
Thirdly, pulp will be transported into ZNS0.3 mid consistency coarse screen for coarse screening. After coarse screening, tailing pulp will be processed by PZ2 reject separator.
Then, ZNS0.6 mid consistency fine screen will be used for fine screening of paper pulp.
After fine screening,pulp will be conveyed into ZDP450 double disc refiner for improving the beating degree and pulp quality.
Finally, NLS0.6 inflow pressure screen before paper machine will be used for the last step of pulp processing.

Duplex board paper manufacturing machine

Leizhan duplex board paper manufacturing machine adopts state-of-the-art technology, QCS automatic control system and high quality accessory equipments. It has a trimmed width range of 2400-6600mm and a basis weight range of 200-350g/m2. The duplex board paper manufacturing machine will produce 200-1400 tons of duplex board with the operating speed range of 200-600m/min.
