Project: 150T/D Packaging paper stock preparation system

The whole 150T/D Packaging paper stock preparation system contains two parts: 45T/18H Toplayer commercial pulp stock preparation system and 150T/18H LOCC Stock preparation system.

45T/18H Toplayer stock preparation system

The commercial wood pulp is conveyed by Chain conveyor into D type hydrapulper for pulping. Then, the pulp will be conveyed into High density cleaner for removing heavy impurities in paper pulp.

Furthermore, the pulp will be conveyed into Conical refiner, Double disc refiner for pulp refining, which can greatly improve finished pulp quality.

In the last, pulp will be conveyed into Inflow pressure screen before paper machine for fine pulping.

150T/18H LOCC Bottom Layer Stock preparation system

Firstly, waste paper be conveyed into D Type Hydrapulper by Chain conveyor for pulping.

Secondly, High density cleaner will be used for removing heavy impurities in paper pulp.

Thirdly, pulp screening equipments like Mid consistency pressure screen, Fiber separator, Reject separator, Lip screen, Fine screen, Inflow pressure screen will be used for pulp processing.

Apart from that, Double disc refiner will be used for improving the beating degree of paper pulp.
